The private OTC market for AI inference

AI inference has
a private market now.

Request capacity, negotiate confidential terms with authorized suppliers, and accept one exact version. Cairva turns it into an allocation your code calls through one API.

How a deal moves

Five steps from a private request to a working endpoint.

Every step has a real state behind it. Select one to see what each side sees at that point.

Describe what you need, privately

Model, token volume, delivery window, limits and region. It goes only to the verified suppliers you pick.

The private deal room

A deal room, not a chat widget.

One room per buyer and supplier pair. Messages are for questions. Terms only move through hashed versions, and acceptance binds exactly one of them.

Every counter is a new sheet.

The stack keeps every version a deal went through. Open one and the rows it changed stand up from the page, the same rows the term sheet highlights.

  • Two organizations, one room

Other invited suppliers never see your room, your counters or your price.

  • Every version is hashed

Terms are stored as immutable versions with a SHA-256 over canonical JSON.

  • Accept means exactly this

A stale, expired or edited version is rejected. Nothing settles because someone clicked.

  • Disclosure when it matters

A supplier can stay unnamed while quoting. Its legal identity shows before you accept.

What a lot is

A service commitment, with the fine print up front.

A Cairva lot is a time-bound, issuer-authorized entitlement to one inference service. It isn't a crypto asset and it isn't somebody else's API credits.

One allocation, carved from shared supply.

The field
What a supplier's route can serve: a model, a region, a window and limits it can enforce.
The block
What your agreement takes from it: an exact token allowance, delivery window and rate limits.
The lift
Reserved under a lock the moment you accept, so the same capacity can't be sold twice.

Move the pointer across the field to carve a block.

For buyers and suppliers

For buyers

Known model, known volume, known price.

  • Compare firm quotes term by term, not only on price
  • Accept the exact version you reviewed; it's hashed and stored
  • One scoped key per allocation, revocable in a click
  • Usage and remaining allowance you can export and audit
Request a private quote

For suppliers

Sell capacity you're allowed to sell, and prove you delivered it.

  • Qualified private requests instead of cold inbound
  • Inventory locks, so the same capacity can't be sold twice
  • Quote expiries you control; withdraw unaccepted offers
  • Metering and receipts that match what the buyer sees
Become a supplier

Delivery you can check

Both sides read the same meter.

Usage comes from the provider's own report for each request. If a report is missing, the request is held as pending and reconciled. Cairva never estimates consumption on a live route.

What we won't claim

  • Trading volume, user counts or partner logos we can't back with records
  • An enterprise SLA before the infrastructure supports one
  • Throughput guarantees on metered allowances
  • That a quote is settled because someone clicked accept

Questions

What buyers ask first.

More in how it works and the docs.

What exactly does a buyer own?

Contracted access to one inference service: a model on a route, a token allowance, rate limits and a delivery window. You don't own GPUs, and a lot isn't a transferable credit or a token.

Is a metered allowance the same as reserved throughput?

No. A metered allowance is prepaid tokens on a shared route with enforced rate limits. It doesn't promise a dedicated GPU or a minimum tokens-per-second rate. Reserved and dedicated classes are only listed when the hardware is actually set aside and measured.

Who can see my request and the prices I negotiate?

Your organization, the suppliers you invite, and Cairva operations. Nothing is posted to a public order book. Each supplier sees only its own room, never the others you invited.

Do you store prompts and outputs?

Not by default. The gateway records request IDs, token counts, latency and status so both sides can reconcile usage. Prompt logging is off.

How does payment work?

At Genesis, live agreements settle by external invoice. An allocation only activates after Cairva operations confirms payment. Sandbox agreements never involve money and are labelled as such everywhere.

Can I resell API credits I bought somewhere else?

No. Many providers make their credits non-transferable. Cairva only lists capacity whose issuer is authorized to sell it, and checks that before any lot goes live.

contract in writing.

If the supply exists, you'll see firm terms. If it doesn't, you'll hear that too.
