Cairva is operated by Kordaen Venture Studio. This page explains what we collect when you use Cairva, what we deliberately don't collect, who can see your deals, and how to have your data deleted.

Working draft, pending legal review. This text describes how Cairva works today. It hasn't been reviewed by counsel and will change before general availability.

Last updated28 October 2026

  1. What we collect

    • Account details: your email address, name, and the organizations you belong to.
    • Deal records: requests, quote versions, agreements, invoices and the messages exchanged in a deal room.
    • Supplier applications: legal identity, contact details, capacity provenance, authorization evidence and payout beneficiary.
    • Security records: sign-in sessions, API key prefixes and an audit log of state changes with who made them.
  2. What the gateway logs

For each inference request we keep the request id, your optional client request id, the model, token counts, latency, status and timestamps. These records are what both parties see on their meter and what disputes are settled against.

Prompts and model outputs aren't stored by default. They pass through the gateway to the provider and back to you.

API key secrets are shown once when created. We keep only a salted hash.

  3. Who can see your deals

    • A request is visible to the buyer organization that created it, the suppliers it invited, and Cairva operations staff.
    • A supplier may stay undisclosed until the buyer accepts its quote.
    • Negotiated prices and terms aren't published. The market only shows an indicative price when a supplier chooses to.
    • Supplier evidence is visible only to Cairva staff reviewing the application.
  4. Who we share data with

Request content is sent to the supplier route that serves your allocation, because that's how the service is delivered. We send sign-in emails through an email provider. We don't sell personal data or use it for advertising.

  5. Deleting your data

Email privacy@cairva.xyz from the address on your account to ask for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted. We may need to keep records of agreements, invoices and the audit log for as long as the law requires or a dispute is open, and we'll tell you what we kept and why.
