Inventory lots

List capacity on your route, get it reviewed, and quote buyers from it.

On this page

An inventory lot is a block of capacity on one of your routes that you're prepared to sell. Buyers see active lots on the market, and every quote you issue is drawn from a lot.

Create a lot

Open Inventory in the workspace. Only verified suppliers can create lots, and only on their own routes.

Review

A new lot starts in pending_review. Cairva operations review it and set it to active, paused or back to draft with a note. Only lots from verified suppliers can go active.

Editing a lot that isn't a draft sends it back to pending_review. You can't lower its tokens below what agreements have already reserved.

What buyers see

The market lists lots that are active, from verified suppliers, on enabled routes, with a window that hasn't ended. Buyers can request terms on a lot, which sends a request to you.

Quoting from a lot

When you issue a quote, the terms have to fit the lot: same model and class, a window inside the lot's, limits at or under the lot's, the route's region, and enough unreserved tokens. Sandbox lots settle as no-charge and live lots by external invoice. See Requests and quotes.

When a buyer accepts, the contracted tokens are reserved on the lot so they can't be sold twice. Cancelling the agreement before activation releases them.
